The trial operation of the Gulei bucket wheel stacker reclaimer went smoothly

        Recently, our company signed an EPC general contracting project with Shandong Ludian International Trade Co., Ltd. for the first phase of the Huaneng Gulei Thermal Power Plant (North Plant Area), which includes a set of bucket wheel stacker reclaimers. The on-site assembly has been basically completed and the commissioning and trial operation process is currently underway.

        This bucket wheel machine adopts a multi control system (remote unmanned control, onboard semi-automatic and centralized manual control, program control) to achieve unmanned operation throughout the entire process of stacking and reclaiming materials, such as automatic stacking, layer opening, layer changing, empty yard stacking, and replenishment, in order to improve work efficiency, save labor costs, improve the driver's working environment, and enhance the intelligence level of the stacker reclaimer.
