The Yankuang Lunan double tipping truck can be delivered for use

        Congratulations to our company for signing a C-type folding double tipping car unloading system with Shandong Yankuang Lunan Chemical Co., Ltd. in September 2020. The system has passed the commissioning and acceptance by the railway department and Yankuang Lunan Project Department and has been delivered for use.

        This dump truck unloading system is a large-scale automatic unloading system used in the coal yard closure renovation project of Yankuang Lunan Chemical Co., Ltd. It is an equipment that can dump bulk materials loaded on C60~C80 railway open cars. Our company's designers have repeatedly restructured the design manuscript through 3D modeling, tested it on a computer, identified any unreasonable aspects of the design, and then improved it. Our company's personnel also need to conduct a physical assembly and trial run in the factory after producing and processing the parts of this equipment. The purpose of repeated trial runs in this way is to ensure the quality, safety, and reliability of the equipment, and to ensure that the unloading efficiency reaches 16-18 cycles per hour. With the efforts of the assembly personnel on site, we completed the overall installation within the specified deadline until we met the customer's needs.
