Liugang Fangchenggang stacker reclaimer has been delivered for use

        Congratulations to our company for signing a contract with Liuzhou Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. in March 2021 for the raw material yard system of Fangchenggang Iron and Steel Base (Phase I) - three bucket wheel stacker reclaimer equipment for mines 3 #, 4 #, and 5 #. The equipment has passed the project department's debugging and acceptance, and has been delivered for use.

        The bucket wheel stacker reclaimer is installed on an 830m walking track, with a turning radius of 40.5m, a track gauge of 10m, and a turning angle of about 110 degrees. The designed stacking height is 13.5m above the track and 1.5m below the track. The difficulty of the equipment increased this time, but it did not affect our fighting spirit at all. On the contrary, all employees in the company actively and enthusiastically participated in the work. Our company ensures the timely delivery of equipment, with employees working overtime and prioritizing quality and safety. The design and material selection of mechanisms and components are based on the principles of maximum reliability and minimum maintenance, ensuring the equipment's integrity rate. Finally, we completed the overall installation within the specified deadline until the customer's needs were met.
