After the renovation of Chongqing Iron and Steel's dump truck, it has returned to its peak

        Today, our company undertook the renovation project for two dump trucks of Chongqing Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., which includes the adaptability improvement of the logistics and transportation department's dump trucks. The project has passed the acceptance inspection and has now been delivered for use.

        This equipment was produced by Dalian Heavy Industry in 2010 and has been severely aging since use, unable to meet production needs.

        In 2022, Chongqing Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. commissioned our company to carry out the renovation of two dump trucks for the adaptability improvement project of the Logistics Transport Department through commercial and technical bidding.

        After our company conducted a survey of the equipment, it was found that the original old system could not complete automatic operations due to various sensors and detection components malfunctioning. It is necessary to optimize and upgrade the hydraulic system, lubrication system, and electrical system of the dump truck valve platform, oil pipe, etc.

        Renovation plan: 1. Adopting current mature technologies to replace numerous proximity switches, rotary encoders, etc; 2. Gray busbars are used to detect the position of the trolley and pusher, and angle detection devices are used to detect the angle of the overturning machine; 3. Replace all electrical screens and cabinets of the 1 # and 2 # dump truck systems; 4. Replace the onboard power cables, control and signal cables; 5. Replace on-site sensors on the machine; 6. Replace the onboard towing cable, towing pulley, and derailment track; 7. Replace the industrial computer and reprogram the PLC program.
